We do not sell your data. We work with trusted services to run Mia:

• Clerk - handles login and payment processing
• Convex - stores your forms and responses
• Resend - sends email notifications
• OpenRouter - powers AI insights (only when you request them)
• PostHog - tracks how you use the app

If we're ever acquired, your data may transfer to the new owner. We'll notify you if that happens.

• Account info and forms stay as long as your account is active
• After you delete your account, we keep data for 90 days then delete it
• Email logs are kept for 30 days

If you're in the EU (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct your data
• Delete your data
• Move your data to another service
• Withdraw consent anytime

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how you use Mia. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We won't use tracking cookies without asking first (in the EU).

We protect your data with encryption and standard security practices. However, no system is 100% secure. Keep your password safe and let us know if you think your account has been compromised.

Mia can be used by people of any age. If you're an admin using Mia with minors (under 18), you're responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent and complying with local laws regarding data collection from young people.
